最近大家都要留在家煮哂3餐,大家近來都唔多敢帶小朋友出去堂食,日日都要煮咁多餐,真係要夠簡便先搞得掂,皆因要睇住兩個小人,又要做一連串家務,當然還有要陪學習,共讀,講故事,一齊玩table game,所以煮飯真係要加速,又要夠簡便,但同時又唔可以忽略食物質素同健康。

為咗符合以上,於是就我決定1爐3蒸,一次過整2餸一飯比我同孖寶,2大一細食啦。今次用Midea美的蒸氣焗爐,一爐搞掂,又可以令食物味道更原汁原味,保留營養。

今次我就地簡單做節瓜蒸粉絲,粟米粒蒸飯,有菜當然要有肉啦。
孖寶好鍾意食又滑又有雞味的雞,做媽咪當然想滿足小朋友食雞的喜愛,但又怕佢地食到打針雞,食埋食埋d激素雞長遠嚴重影響健康。想食得放心又健康,所以我地一直都係食無激素泰安鮮雞,由本地農場飼養,知道佢地係飼養過程中無添加任何激素或者抗生素,食落十分健康,最正係除咗好似我地以前係一田,或其他大超市買到之外,以家仲可以宅配到家,真係居家抗疫都可以有天然又健康的食物送到家中煮食。

我呢個簡易版就用上一般市售的沙薑醃醬,大家都可以好方便係超市買到,就可以輕鬆做出無激素沙薑蒸雞;

無激素沙薑蒸雞食譜》食譜;

材料: 
沙薑醃醬: 1-2包 
無激素泰安鮮雞 : 1隻
薑絲: 適量

做法: 
1. 先將無激素泰安鮮雞洗淨,瀝乾水份後斬件。
2. 用沙薑醃醬醃2-3小時。

3. 將雞件放入碟攤平擺放,注意雞件不要重叠擺放,加入薑絲拌勻。
4. 開啟Midea美的20L蒸氣焗爐「純蒸」模式,水箱必須先注滿水。及後可依照各類食物不同的加熱時間,分前後次序將食物放入。

5. 蒸碟放於烤盤上,置於Midea美的蒸氣焗爐下層,按「純蒸」模式,預熱蒸爐至100度;蒸20-35 mins或至全熟即成(按雞大小而調節所需時間)

已經幫孖寶先把雞脾的皮去掉,方便2個直接可以拎住2隻大雞脾食,孖寶食落都話真係好滋味呢。



今次的餐單,首先放入粟米粒蒸飯蒸約30 mins,之後可以把無激素沙薑蒸雞放入,蒸約15-25 mins/或至全熟即成 (可按雞大小而調節所需時間),最後可以放入節瓜蒸粉絲蒸約10 mins。完成後,兩餸一飯完成, 同時取出即可,係唔係夠哂方便呢。

材料:
節瓜: 2個
蒜茸: 3湯匙

粉絲: 1包

調味:
清雞湯: 50ml
蠔油: 1湯匙
生抽: 2湯匙
糖: ½茶匙

做法:
1. 粉絲浸軟,瀝乾水份。
2. 節瓜切段放上碟,把熱上湯跟粉絲放入。
3. 在節瓜面撒上蒜茸,蒸約10mins。
4. 加熱調味,淋上節瓜即成。
